We were checking the outfit of one of my girls for an upcoming competition. And this lovely purple ballroom outfit was created totally spontaneous. The plan was to use her existing training skirt and to have look what to wear on top. But soon we realized that the skirt was really only good for training. I started pulling rolls of fabrics from my storage and moments later Kaddi was choosing between some lighter purple silk with printed roses and a deep purple one. The latter one, a most exquisite purple italian silk Bob grabbed, won hands down. We decided to make a completely new outfit and not only a top. As icing on the cake a simple but beautiful flying shawl was added from the same silk. I am very excited about this gorgeous outfit which looks and feels totally luxurious.

Olga, that is simply fantastic.You really outdid yourself this time.And it is very excellently presented, for which I presume we can thank you both, as well as Bob liking that wild silk.Somehow this seems to open a new line, doesn’t it? Maybe dresses which are not only for the athletic dancers.I am keeping tuned…
